Our Acro & Circus Arts class is a performance art form that combines physical movement, strength, and endurance with a variety of disciplines such as; - aerials - acrobatics - clowning - object manipulation - equilibristics Our Acro Dance class is based on basic acrobatic skills combined with classical dance techniques, highlight elements of fluidity, agility and power. Acro dance has shown to help boost a child's confidence and ensure that they can use this confidence in various areas of their dance and everyday life! Our Aerial Dance portion of the class is an introduction a mixed aerial apparatus for example, aerial silks. hammock (sling), trapeze, lyra (hoop). This type of class helps build strength, co-ordination, stamina, as well as creative expression and flexibility.
