You are welcome to a full refund if you cancel at least 2 days/48 hours in advance of your rental date. A refund is not possible once the rental date has occured with or without cancellation.
In order to secure your rental date, we require a 50% deposit at least 1 week in advance of your rental date. The deposit can be fully refunded as long as you cancel 2 days/48 hours in advance of your rental date. No deposits are refunded after the rental date with or without cancellation.
