Join our Postpartum Yoga Class to help you throughout your postpartum recovery stage with your baby! A strong emphasis on rebuilding strength, improved posture, easing pain, regaining flexibility while reducing stress and bonding with your baby and other fellow mothers! Please, make sure you are cleared by your health practitioner before attending! Led by studio owner and yoga practitioner Ms. Alex (ERYT500, RPYT & YACEP) Dress Code: Comfortable Athletic Wear Shoes: Barefoot * You are welcome to bring your own mat but we can provide with one

You may cancel online up to 1 hour before class. If time has passed and you still want to cancel the class you cannot attend, please contact Ms. Alex; 954-997-1019. Alternatively, a class can be credited towards another age appropriate class.
